Bali Missions Story 2025
Preparation and Departure
From an idea to reality, this mission trip was a reigniting the fire for missions. The last trip was 5 years to Solomon Islands so this was a special trip to mark the "activation" of Matthew 28:19-20 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations.... A sense of excitement but with lots of preparation before the reality came to fruition.
Seven weeks of training set for the team of 6. We were blessed with a high calibre of amazing leaders, pastors and missionaries who came ready to equip and set the team apart for what was to become an exciting adventure.
Sunday, November 9, marked the team's departure day, and we were on our way!
Bali Missions
The Team travelled to 5 provinces over the 10 days despite the extreme humidity they were up for the challenge and accomplished so much ground!
The mission trip included a variety of events and activities that the team felt fortunate to participate in. We organized five children's programs with over 600 kids taking part. Despite the intense heat and humidity, our team performed exceptionally well. Take a look at some of the programmes we completed...

Gift Packs
One thing Seed 2 Harvest does so well is put smiles on children's faces and the opportunity to bless on the children with gift packs was so much fun...Proverbs 17:22 A cheerful heart is good medicine...
Poverty is Raw and Real
One of the heartbreaking areas we witnessed was walking through the slums in different provinces and visiting their homes. A humbling experience but a place where life is lived and appreciated by the families who opened their homes to us.
"Church with no walls" is how Seed 2 Harvest has been described as...
We marveled at the community heart of service where the local churches stretch out their hands and feet to support and love on families in the same way - this is whanaungatanga, aroha, manaakitanga at its best!
Dempasar...the daily grind!
Dempasar a beautiful province outside of the tourist area of Bali was where we placed ourselves for the week. Taking a walk down a local street, we witnessed the daily grind of Balinese people faithfully working to make ends meet...so humbling to witness.

Impact City Church was keen to start their own community garden and our team with Elmma's lead were able to prepare the ground and plant spinach and watercress seeds...it was unbearably hot but the team did well to complete it!
Re-Entry & Reflect
As part of our mission trip, we always hold a "Re-Entry" session before returning home to emphasize the importance of reflection. For many team members, who are visiting a foreign country for the first time, this experience will leave a lasting impact, filled with numerous encounters and being profoundly moved by what they witnessed.
S2H Pastors Reflection
"Activation" was a key focus of this mission trip. We felt truly fortunate to guide this amazing team, who were eager to participate, open to being activated and challenged, and ready to give it a try. Overall a successful mission trip leaving a lasting impression on the team!
R.F.A. = Ready for Anything a term used when you get given a task to complete with no preparation! The team experienced this a few times lol!

PinkTober - Raising Funds in Support of Breast Cancer Research and Awareness
S2H Pinktober Pancake Breakfast 2025 Amazing morning acknowledge and celebrating the many who are battling breast cancer and it was great coming together as women in pink to raise awareness and support the cause. We knowledge beautiful Susan Willis-Baker our guest speaker for the morning, amazing journey of strength, faith, love, compassion and commitment to community wellbeing.
We are not “DEFINED” by disease but by the Lord’s Powerful and Faithful Word!

Did you know! that when you hire our building for your functions, meetings, programmes you are supporting the organisation to continue doing good in the community?
Thats right, every dollar raised from facility hire is directed straight back into the organisation to deliver programme such as the Fale kai, Holiday Programmes, Community Connect groups and so much more.

What's on this December?
Church Service – Christmas Celebrations
Our final service will be held on Sunday 21st December10:30am from our Centre, we invite you to join us in fellowship, worship and kai.
S2H Youth Ministry
To close off 2025 in style our young people will be heading to the city with Jinz and Repeka to see the Christmas Lights on Franklyn Rd, play some Bball and Connect
Worship Ministry
Sharing a love of worship in music ministry, our team are looking forward to a well deserved breakfast brunch. Well done team!
Men's Connect
This has been an amazing ministry throughout 2025 and the men are looking forward to more connections within our communities - Men's Connect will restart in February 2026.
Koinonia- Womens Ministry
Our Final Women's Connect will be Wednesday the 17th December, join the ladies as they gather to encourage one another and read through the bible together.
S2H FALE-KAI

Seed 2 Harvest Church Services
S2H is a high functioning body of people who are active in the community.
Church services are a time to connect, build new relationships and be encouraged. The services are set up for notices, worship band, an encouraging word followed by shared refreshments.
We are a small community of friends and family who love the Lord, love being hands and feet in the community and love doing life together.

Pledging your support
An opportunity for you to support the repair of our Centre's roof. It is a huge ask - every dollar counts. Pledges are slowly increasing each month which is fantastic!
